Returns & Refunds Policy 

At Baby Nestique, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help make the process simple and stress-free.

🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and in its original packaging
• The item is in the same condition that you received it

To initiate a return, please contact us at babynestique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Used baby products
• Personal care items
• Items not in original condition or packaging

 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

• Defective
• Damaged upon arrival

If you received a faulty item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your bank or payment provider (processing times may vary)
